Orencia is used to reduce signs and symptoms of moderate to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis in adults 18 years and older. Taking Orencia may prevent further damage to your bones and joints, and may help your ability to perform daily activities. In adults, Orencia may be used alone or with other RA treatments other than Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors or biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (bDMARDs), such as tumor necrosis factor (TNF) antagonists. Orencia is also used to reduce signs and symptoms of active Psoriatic Arthritis in adults 18 years and older. In adults, Orencia may be used alone or with other PsA treatments.
